Evaluation of the Economy of Selected Municipality

This bachelor thesis focuses on evaluation of the management of the municipality Vranová Lhota during the years 2015-2018. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical findings about public administration, municipalities in the Czech Republic and the structure of their budget. The second part deals with basic information about the municipality, the SWOT analysis, analysis of approved and real budgets and the development of individual incomes and outcomes. The last part introduces possible suggestions and recommendations leading to an improvement of the management of the selected municipality.
Bases of Developement Asistence in Zimbabwe

This work maps currant situation of development assistance in Zimbabwe. It summarizes currant situation of this activity in this country and shows basic development problems: "Double-law" system, women empowerment, "Sugar mummies and sugar daddies" phenomena, religion syncretism, fear factor, "child- headed" families and a "vicious circle of poverty". This thesis states these basic development outcomes: Microfinancing, use of "physical economy" and political changes. It is divided in two main parts; theoretical and practical. In the theoretical-one it deals with geo-population discourse and historical-political discourse so that the outcomes can to be place into context of currant development problems. In practical- one it deals with research question and hypothesis, as well as own investigation at the place. It shows the general interest in development assistance in terms of education, not only in terms of money (which was anticipated). At the end there is a discussion chapter, based mostly on personal experience, which I gained during the residencies HTF UK in 2011 and 2012. The end deals with outcomes, which were done by investigation and mentioned discourses.
Effectiveness Assessment Options for the "Ve dvou se to lépe táhne" Mentoring Program

This diploma thesis is focused on measurement of effectiveness of the one to one peer coeval mentoring programme "Ve dvou se to lépe táhne" that was designated for youth at risk. The main goal of the thesis is to choose an appropriate way how to measure programme effectiveness and verify the possibility to integrate it with the methodology of the programme. In the introduction of the theoretical part of thesis there are given the definitions of adolescence and changes related with this age, circumstances that threaten youth at risk and the list of programmes, available in the Czech Republic, for youth at risk. Moreover there is introduced the program "Ve dvou se to lépe táhne" and possibilities for evaluation of the programme in particular from the impact on clients point of view. Practical part gives information about the chosen evaluation method and its modification corresponding with particularities of the programme, further describes the implementation stage of the method and finally a pilot version of the modified method on the basis of created questionnaires is assessed.
Art Education and key competencies.

The diploma thesis deals with the influence of art education on the development of key competences within the curriculum for the elementary school. The thesis explores the potential of this discipline and the possibility to apply it to the development and strengthening of cognitive functions, self-confidence, social and communication skills in children in the elderly school age. The first theoretical part focuses on the concept of art education and its present currents in relation to both the changing educational content and some of the problems encountered in common school practice. Particular attention is paid to the animo-centric approach to which the author reports, and at the same time he feels the need to define the boundary between developing competencies and solving specific problems of individual pupils or classroom dynamics, between artefiletics and activities that approach their approach to artetherapy. The second part elaborates the findings of in-depth interviews with experts in pedagogy and psychology that describe the experience with artefiletics, artetherapy and pedagogical work in school and their potential to develop key competencies. Views on Velvet Revolution 1989

This diploma thesis deals with the problematics of revolutions. Namely with various interpretations of Velvet revolution in Czechoslovakia. First part tries to outline historical development of theories of revolution. The Research of revolutions undergone several generations and shifts of interests. This work tries to map the evolution from the oldest modern authors to the current ones and describe their points of view and how they approach revolutions. In second part, there are presented various views on Velvet revolution in Czechoslovakia. First, they are presented schematically and put in context, then they are described in detail. These interpretations are based on various assumptions and see Velvet revolution from various angles. In Third part the various interpretations are juxtaposed and are described, respectively their view of three aspects of Velvet revolution - causes, process and outcomes of revolution. These various views are then commented by using authors of general theories of revolutions. The goal of this approach is to enable better understanding of Velvet revolution, by sharpening the contures of the whole proces and also show the possibilities of use of general theories of revolution. Quality management of rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident

MUDr. Michal Říha, PhD., MBA Title of master thesis: Quality management of rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident This master thesis deals with quality management of rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident and we can also seen her as a basic summary of everything what is connected with quality rehabilitation understood as a service provided in medical devices. The main goal of this master thesis was determined as a presentation of possible form for monitoring and evaluating quality of rehabilitation using Indicator of quality stroke rehabilitation in patients with cerebrovascular accident. For the complex assessment of functional status of patient before and after stroke rehabilitation was reflected all items which are trained during physiotherapy, occupational theray, speech therapy etc. This master thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and empirical.
